All our gas detectors are supplied calibrated, certified and ready to use right out of the box. This includes a Safety Calibration Certificate. We will contact you before your next calibration date to ensure you are always compliant and your devices work correctly.

The Calibration of gas detectors is essential for maintaining the safety and functionality of your operations and detection systems, ensuring they deliver precise readings. Whether you own a portable or fixed gas detection system, we offer a range of equipment, calibration, and repair services.

Our factory-trained and qualified technicians provide traceable gas detector calibration in NZ for all brands of gas detection units. Calibration is necessary if bump testing indicates the sensor is out of specification. Traceable Calibration is recommended every 6 months.

We recommend all users have a Bump Test Kit. A bump test is a quick procedure in which a gas monitor is exposed to a known concentration of a target gas to ensure that the gas triggers the alarm at the set level. Bump testing requires minimal training and usually takes less than a minute.

Genuine spare parts are available on request.
