Step 2 We review your application together
Once we receive your application, our team gets to work reviewing your information. But this isn’t something that happens behind closed doors – we’ll reach out to talk through your situation directly with you.
We might ask a few questions to better understand your circumstances, and we’ll answer any questions you have about the process, the loan or what happens next. We want to make sure we fully understand your situation before we give you an answer.
This step is also where we’ll let you know if there’s anything additional we need from you like a payslip, bank statement or proof of address. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed and why, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Step 3 We give you a clear answer
We’ll give you a straight, honest answer and walk you through what happens next in plain language. That means we’ll explain your loan amount, your interest rate, your repayment schedule and any fees that apply before you agree to anything.
If we can’t help you right now, we’ll tell you that honestly too, and where possible we’ll suggest what options might be available to you.
We never want anyone to feel rushed or pressured into a decision. Take the time you need to read through everything, ask questions and make sure you’re comfortable before you sign.
Step 4 Funds go straight to your account
Once your loan is approved and you’ve signed your loan documentation, we deposit funds directly into your nominated bank account the same day.
When the money actually clears in your account depends on your bank’s processing times and cut-off times – that part is out of our hands. But we do our part immediately, so there’s no waiting on us.
We know that most people come to us because something urgent has come up. That’s why we move as quickly as we can from the moment you apply so you’re not left waiting when it matters most.

This isn’t about making things difficult it’s about making sure we’re doing right by you. We’d rather have an honest conversation upfront than put someone in a position they’ll struggle with later.
Before your loan is finalised, you’ll receive full documentation including your loan agreement, disclosure statement and repayment schedule. We’ll walk you through it all and make sure you understand exactly what you’re agreeing to.
